Terms of service
TL;DR
Use the site to study. Don't scrape, share accounts, or resell the question bank. We can update questions and these terms — if we make material changes, the date at the top changes. We are not affiliated with Anthropic. No guarantee you'll pass.
1. Who we are
claudetestprep.com is operated by Architoon LLC ("we", "us"). We provide independent practice content for the Anthropic Claude certification exams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" and related marks belong to their respective owners.
2. Your account
To use most features you create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). By signing up you confirm:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The information you give us (name, email) is accurate.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
One account per person. Sharing an account (one login used by multiple humans) is a breach of these terms and grounds for termination without refund.
3. What you get
Practice starts free. When your free questions run out, you can unlock the full question bank, unlimited practice, and unlimited mock exams by paying what you choose, including $0. You unlock once, for the lifetime of the site; there is no subscription. Tips are voluntary and don't change what you can access. We may add, edit, retire, or replace questions at any time. Access is to the current bank, not a fixed snapshot.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, republish, or train models on the question bank, explanations, or analysis output.
- Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass the free-question limits or the unlock step.
- Probe, vulnerability-scan, or stress the site without written permission.
- Use the site to harass others, including via the shared-set feature.
5. Content
The question bank, explanations, scoring algorithm, and site code are ours (or licensed to us). You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for study. You don't get the right to redistribute.
Things you create on the site (bookmarks, exam attempts, shared filter sets) remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host them as needed to operate the service. If you delete your account, see §9.
6. Payments and taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe under their Managed Payments program. Stripe is the merchant of record: they handle card processing, tax collection, and tax remittance in the jurisdictions they cover. The receipt you get comes from Stripe.

7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but provide the service as-is and as-available. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country. We may change features, take the site down for maintenance, or eventually retire it. If we retire the site, we'll give reasonable advance notice to registered users.
8. Disclaimers
Practice on this site does not guarantee you will pass any Anthropic Claude certification exam, or any certification. Sample questions are independent practice, not leaked exam content. We make no representation about exam pass rates.
9. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from /settings. We treat the request as a soft delete: your account is locked immediately and all your data is permanently deleted 30 days later. During those 30 days you can email us to restore the account. After 30 days the deletion is irreversible.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, commit chargeback fraud, or repeatedly abuse the service. Where the breach is genuine and meaningful, no refund is owed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree the state and federal courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the Effective date at the top. Material changes (anything that meaningfully reduces your rights or adds new obligations) will be flagged in-app the next time you sign in. Continued use of the site after the new Effective date means you accept the new terms.
