Refunds
TL;DR
Unlocking the full bank is pay what you want, and $0 always works, so nobody has to pay to use the site. If you did pay and want it back, email support@claudetestprep.com with the address you paid under and a sentence on what went wrong. Requests are reviewed case-by-case; there's no fixed window, but the sooner the easier.
How we handle requests
Unlocking the full question bank is pay what you want, paid once, and $0 is always an option, so any payment is voluntary. We don't publish a fixed refund window because the right answer depends on what actually happened. We'd rather look at each case than hide behind a policy.
In practice we do refund where:
- You hit a genuine site defect that prevented normal use and we couldn't fix it within a reasonable time.
- You were accidentally charged twice (duplicate payments).
- You paid, realized within a few days it wasn't what you needed, and barely used the product.
- The card was used without your knowledge — please email us first instead of going straight to a chargeback (see below).
We don't refund where the request comes weeks or months after paying, the site worked as described, and you've actively used the product.
How to request one
Email support@claudetestprep.com with:
- The email address on your account (so we can find the payment).
- A short sentence on what went wrong — useful feedback either way.
We aim to reply within one business day. Once we issue the refund through Stripe, the money typically appears on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your account
When a refund processes, your account returns to the free starting point. You can unlock again any time at pay what you want, $0 included. Your attempt history and bookmarks stay intact.
$0 unlocks and gift codes
A $0 unlock or a promo code that brings the price to $0 has nothing to refund. If you want your account removed, see /legal/privacy §7 for account deletion.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We will refund any legitimate request through Stripe, which is faster for you and cheaper for us than the chargeback path. Filing a chargeback after a legitimate payment (chargeback fraud) may result in your account being suspended without refund.
